According to a recent article from Boy Genius Report, Consumer Reports says the accusations of some that the black iPhone 4 is thinner than the new white model are false. Apple Senior Vice President of Product Marketing Phil Schiller confirmed that the white iPhone 4 is in no way thicker than its black sibling.
The above photo which has taken from Consumer Reports lab, clearly shows the same reading on the calipers on both the white and black iPhone 4. So testing with precision measuring equipment has also proved that the white iPhone 4 is by no means, any thicker.
