Allegedly Leaked Images Of Samsung Galaxy S IV Hit The Web

As we inch towards the final launch event of Samsung’s Galaxy S IV handset, speculations are abound on the web. We have see many allegedly leaked images of the smartphone already and now, here’s yet another leak from Sammy Hub which somewhat promises to be the real thing.

Samsung Galaxy S IV

The latest images which are claimed to be that of Galaxy S IV actually show the handset, without any covers or disguises. From the looks of it, Samsung is not planning to ramp up the phone significantly over Galaxy S III.

For instance, the leaked images show a Galaxy S IV with a 5-inch display and a metal band running along the borders of the smartphone. Moreover, the back and the front of the body is slightly textured, registering a slight difference compared to Galaxy S III.

Moreover, the images also show the handset displaying other specifications. The software it is running is Android 4.2.1 together with 2GB of RAM and a 13-megapixel camera. The display runs at 1080p quality, which is nothing unexpected. Finally, there are no clear details on which chip may be packed under Galaxy S IV’s hood but the chip number displayed on the leaked image points a finger to the possibility of an Exynos Octa chip.

While the leak is certainly exciting and looks somewhat more credible than earlier leaks, we can’t be sure if it is the real thing. And for that, we will have to wait until Thursday when Samsung is expected to finally lift the wraps off its next flagship offering.
