This transparent display is not like current competitive display, because it has lower transmittance rates (5 percent) that can hide merchandise. This display also includes a built-in PC, speakers, LED bar and protective glass.

The second version is known as the UD22B. The Samsung UD22B screen is measured 21.6-inch that supports 1:1 screen ratio rather than current 4:3 or widescreen 16:9 with a bezel of just 5.5mm. The company has used its environment friendly Direct LED backlight technology in this display.

Samsung has confirmed that the displays will be introduced to the general people along with an impressive product at IFA 2012. IFA 2012 is Europe’s largest consumer electronics show that will be held in Berlin, Germany from August 31 to September 5.
