Lenovo Announced Miix, A Windows 8 OS Tablet

Windows 8 tablets seems to be heading to the market soon in wide variety. Already Acer has confirmed that its Iconia W3 tablet running on Windows 8 OS will hit the market at the price of $379 very soon. And lately Lenovo has announced Lenovo Miix that runs on Windows 8 OS too.

Lenovo Miix weighs 1.2 pounds and measures just 0.4″ thickness. This device features a 10.1″ IPS display providing a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixel, an Intel Atom dual core processor which will be accompanied by 64GB of internal memory, where you can further increase that amount by another 32GB via a microSD memory slot. The Lenovo Miix tablet supports Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi and/or optional 3G-GPS connectivity alongside a battery life of up to 10 hours. The device is expected to arrive in the market later this summer at a price of $500.
