US Cellular Starts Shipping Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE

U.S. Cellular hopes to cover 87% of its customers under LTE coverage by this year. To make its LTE network lucrative to users, U.S. Cellular has start shipping Samsung’s 4G LTE Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE with different data plans. U.S. Cellular also has a line-up of 4G LTE devices that includes Samsung Galaxy S III, Samsung Galaxy Note II and Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE runs Android Jelly Bean 4.1, and powered by 1.4GHz quad-core processor and 16GB of internal storage. There is a 5-megapixel rear camera with a smaller 1.9-megapixel camera for video chats in front. This tablet also comes with an S-pen, and packed with Google Mobile Services and the newly released Photoshop Touch.

There are three different data plans are available in the uscellular.com. To get the tab you must subscribe to a plan, and new customers will have to sign up for a 2-year contract. The data plan that includes 2GB of data at $25 per month is the cheapest plan. The 16GB Galaxy Note 10.1 is available at $499.99 when paired with a plan with 2GB or more data.
