It doesn’t work very well. Drops connections often.  See the Verizon user forums.  Hopefully Novatel will release a firmware update soon.

The battery does not last, even after charging. The Verizon rep said 6 hours, which I am very lucky to get 3 hours. Thanks Verizon for encouraging lies about the product.

This device has a serious flaw. The device said that I downloaded 60 Gigabytes of data in one day and I only have one computer. While the Verizon techs agreed that this was impossible, Verizon still made me pay $545.00 in overage fees for that day and would not repair or replace the device. I have not turned the device on again since. Do not under any circumstances buy this device or it could cost you a fortune.
