Skype released the long-awaited iPad version of its video chat application and then promptly pulled it from the App Store. Two-way video calling is enabled for iPad 2 users, while first-generation iPad owners will only be able to receive video and video calling requires iOS 4.0 or above. Skype calls can placed over Wi-Fi or 3G and you can join Skype from your iPad or sign straight into your account…………..
The Apple has just released the new iOS 4.3.5 and the latest version of Redns0w can jailbreak iOS 4.3.5 but still tethered jailbreak. The jailbreak iOS 4.3.5 using RedSn0w does not work on the Apple iPad 2 and if you wish too go ahead with the jailbreak you will have to update to 4.3.5 then point RedSn0w towards 4.3.4. This is a tethered jailbreak and all you have to do is download Redsn0w 0.9.8b4, but when you browser for the .ipsw firmware choose the iOS 4.3.4 firmware………….
Apple delivered the fourth beta of iOS 5 for developers to test their apps on and it’s the first version of the software to make use of the over-the-air software updating feature that lets users update to newer system software without plugging into iTunes. iOS 5 brings over 200 new features to iOS 5 including Notification Center, Newsstand, iMessage and interface tweaks all around and also Apple has said it will release iOS 5 to users as a free update this fall……………

Apple has rushed out a patch for multiple security holes that allowed drive-by download jailbreaking of iPhone and iPad devices and it essentially allowed remote code execution attacks via specially rigged fonts and escalation of privileges to escape the iOS sandbox. Now the iPhone Dev Team has just pushed a small update to Redsn0w to make it compatible with the just released iOS 4.2.4 firmware and this new version of Redsn0w can tether jailbreak most iOS devices on iOS 4.3.4, namely iPhone 4, 3GS, first-generation iPad, and iPod touch 4G/3G. The only device that’s not supported at the moment is the iPad 2 and if you’re using a carrier unlock, stay away from Redsn0w, it will revert it………….

For jailbreak iOS 5 Beta 2 you will have to use RedSn0w and point it to iOS 5 Beta 1 and this is still a tethered jailbreak, which means you will have to plug your iPhone in every time you reboot. This jailbreak work for iPod touch 3G, iPod touch 4G, iPad 1, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 GSM, iPhone 4 CDMA and iPhone users who are not developers should stay away from iOS 5 until its official release………..
