Dev-Team has been working on with an iPhone 4 unlocking solution for basebands 02.10.01 & 03.10.01 by updating ultrasn0w for many months now. Though they have pointed out about finding a way for iPhone 3G/3GS unlock but yet no clue or Eta is available by the Dev Team for a solid NCK iPhone 4 unlock discovery.
SnOwbreeze 2.4 just released for iOS 4.3.1 to jailbreak iDevice. After jailbreaking with it you can unlock it with the help of Ultrasnow 1.2. The baseband which this Ultrasnow will support are: 01.59.00 / 04.26.08 / 05.11.07 / 05.12.01 / 05.13.04 / 06.15.00. But this is not compatible with 02.10.04 / 03.10.01 / 04.10.01 / 05.14.02 / 05.15.04.

iH8sn0w has just released Sn0wbreeze 2.3 Beta 4 jailbreak for iOS 4.3 that has come up with a fix for Ultrasn0w. The Ultrasn0w fixer has been demoed on video by iH8sn0w showing to be working on an iPhone 3GS with baseband 4.26.08 running on iOS 4.3.
There’s a new iPhone 4 unlocking method, which achieves a full unlock using only a Turbo SIM card. Gevey has released a SIM Interposer which can unlock the iPhone 4 with any baseband (o2.10, 03.10 & 04.10) by force activating the baseband using the emergency dialer.
