With the release of Windows 8 build 7850 enthusiasts are busy digging new features in the upcoming Windows. Now, word is that Microsoft is going to completely overhaul the task manager in Windows 8, which is going to be advanced and will offer greater details about running system processes. Its called, the Advanced Task Manager.
The two main features of Window’s which are the Task Manager and Resource Monitor, are both combined in the new task manager.
If you are using Windows 8 build 7850 and would like to activate the advanced task manager, just create a key in registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\TaskUI, and create a 32bit value “TaskUIEnabled”, set its value to “1″.
