Although BlackBerry 10 handsets arrived after a lot of anticipation and wait, they failed to win a lot of hearts. The handsets have failed to gain a lot of traction, something which has worsened over reports that users started facing automatic reboot issues on BlackBerry Z10 handsets. However, a new update effectively resolves this issue.
The BlackBerry Z10 handset is a fairly decent touch smartphone which may fall short of being included in the top-end category but delivers good performance. Moreover, since it arrives with BlackBerry 10, the software offered on the handset is also quite competent.
However, a major problem with the Z10 handset is that it automatically reboots at times. Now, this may not be that huge a problem in a feature phone because feature phones reboot fairly quickly. But when it comes to the smartphones, they can take longer to reboot. So the frequent, automatic reboots of Z10 have been very annoying for many users.
Thankfully, there’s a solution to this problem now. The new BlackBerry 10.1 update effectively takes care of this issue. As soon as you install the update, the auto-reboot issue is fixed instantly. This may be a relief for such loyal BlackBerry users who have stuck with Z10 so far but have been irked by the aforementioned problem.
