EA Black Box has disclosed the next MMO installment of the popular car racing game dubbed as Need for Speed World to be available for digital download from July 27 for the PC.
The massively multiplayer online game will enhance gaming experience as players dive into RPG style progression and customize their vehicles to meet the needs of their characters. The online challenges will be intensified further as police vans hound drivers in the illicit contest while they compete against friends, family and thousands of top ranked racers.
To drive around the expanse which spans across 150 miles, gamers were allowed to pre-order the Need for Speed World Starter Pack to lay their hands on the title sooner than others. This will facilitate them to unlock exclusive cars and earn double XP from July 20 onwards. Plus, players can reserve their driver names and gain VIP status which will be displayed eternally in their driver profile.
Incorporating a credit worth $20 of SpeedBoost (the in-game currency), full access up to level 50 and a wide array of power-ups such as Nitrous and Traffic Magnet, this Starter Pack will infuse zing into gamers’ driving experience. Players can also procure supplementary items like power-ups, double XP periods and rental cars at meager amounts.
To enable gamers to glance into the extreme street-racing action, the title’s official website extends a free client download of Need for Speed World. This download will allow players to access all races, pursuits and career progression up to level 10. The Need for Speed World Starter Pack is now available for a price of $20.
