AirPlay Intercom is a nice application developed by Von Bruno for iOS platform. You can broadcast your voice to any AirPlay audio device under the same network, or to any Bluetooth speaker paired to your device using the AiPlay Intercom. This app was previously sold for $2.99, but now available for $1.99 from iTunes store.

Overview:
AirPlay Intercom would take 1.3 MB installation space in your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad device. When you are in a conference and speaking to the audience you can use your iPhone as a microphone, and broadcast your voice to AirPlay integrated speakers connected through the wireless network. The AirPlay Intercom app can broadcast your voice to any AirPlay audio device.To do this, either the devices have to be under the same wireless network or paired through Bluetooth. AirPlay Intercom may be the only iOS app I found that broadcast voice from iPhone to a bluetooth or AirPlay speaker system. If you need similar functionality, then try this app.
This app is very easy to use. To broadcast your voice start by selecting your speakers from the list of available audio routes, and then hold down the talk button and speak your message. When you let go of the talk button, your message will be broadcasted to your selected speaker. You can quickly adjust the volume by swiping the volume display left and right or pressing the rocker buttons on the side of your device.
AirPlay Intercom is a handy way to communicate around the house and provides the same utility as a one way intercom. You can send a quick message from your front yard to the living room stereo. You may call for help from the other rooms. You can also broadcast announcements while you are in a party.
Requirements: Compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation) and iPad. Requires iOS 5.0 or later. The new droped price for this app is $1.99 to download from iTunes.
