Leaked (?) Photos Of Assembled iPhone 5 Were Fake

A Chinese website claimed earlier that they have got their hands on a set of rendered photos of assembled iPhone 5. According to the website, iPhone 5 would have a smaller dock, larger speakers and a metal back. The site also claimed that the photos were edited in Photoshop. It seemed, at first, that the controversial images were leaked, but later on revealed that the photos were modeled in Rhinoceros 3D based on the rumored iPhone 5 specs by a Flickr user Martin uit Utrecht.

The rumored iPhone 5 will have 4-inch screen, a headphone jack on the bottom of the device, a smaller “mini-dock” and larger speakers that some insiders believe is bound for the sixth-generation iPhone.

Next-gen iPhone 5 looks roughly good like the iPhone 4S. It is expected that Apple will be unveiling the next-gen iPhone in the Fall of 2012.
