We have found leaked specs of three unconfirmed tablet models from Samsung. According to sources, these include two Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 variants along with a high-end tablet codenamed Roma (carrying the model number of P-8200). The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 variants may initially come in two versions — 8-inch and 10-inch.
Both the Galaxy Tab 3 models are rumored to run on Android 4.1 and feature 1.5GHz dual-core CPU, 3-megapixel rear camera, 1.3-megapixel front camera and a microSD card slot to expand memory storage.
The 10.1-inch Galaxt Tab 3 is speculated to pack 1GB RAM, comparing to the 8-incher’s 2GB RAM, and has 16GB of internal storage.
The high-end Roma tablet is rumored to feature a 10.1-inch display with resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, a dual-core 1.7GHz Samsung Exynos 5 Dual processor and Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean).
The Roma tablet is also rumored to have Mali-T604 GPU, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, a microSD card slot which support up to 128GB memory card, and a big 9,000 mAh battery. Roma is expected to come with options for 3G/HSPA and 4G LTE connectivity. This could be a direct competitor to Google’s Nexus 10 tablet, as the specs are pretty similar.
