With all credit going to senior XDA member, Jamezelle, MIUI ROM has been ported to Samsung Vibrant. Jumaaneface,Senior XDA member and Android developer as just released a more enhanced MIUI ROM for Samsung Vibrant that is termed as Co-Productions. The ROM is based on the latest Android 2.2.1 Froyo firmware and in alpha release, this is the stuff that’s reported as working fine:

• Camera
• External SD Card
• Bluetooth
• Google Apps
• Headset Compatibility
• Flash 10.1
• Browser
• Android Market

And these are the features reported to be non-working and are still Work-In-Progress state:

It is pretty obvious that this MIUI Android ROM port for Samsung Vibrant isn’t ready for prime time usage yet but you can still get to play with it or help fixing the issues. We believe that there will be RC level released following this MIUI for Vibrant port so it’s better to wait for them.For the full scope and the continued development of this ROM which will be carried out by jumaaneface and Master.
