Sony has unveiled two new speaker docks at its domestic market; one of these is targeted as a peripheral for Apple devices, and another is for Sony’s Walkman series. The iPod / iPhone dock is branded as SRS-GC11IP, and the Walkman dock as numbered RDP-NWC11.
This SRS-GC11IP iDevice dock has a 0.8W speaker, but do not have features like Bluetooth 4.0 or Wi-Fi. It does offer convenient functions such as alarm clock, AM / FM radio etc. It is equipped with an external input terminal on the rear panel. You can connect your smartphone to the dock through a audio cable (sold separately). It also comes with a convenient remote control.
Another new speaker dock from Sony is the RDP-NWC11, where you can dock the company’s Walkman series devices. All the other features are as same as the SRS-GC11IP.
