According to reports, relatively new game named ChefVille topped the most games on Facebook list in October 2012. It is trailed by Zynga Slingo and Texas HoldEm Poker. FarmVille, once the most popular game on Facebook, has dropped to the 7th position on the list.
Statistics show, Chef Ville had 48.70 millions of daily active users on average and over 74.06 billions of monthly users. The game features the career of a chef. The concept, the level and upgrades, and use of resources of the game brings a whole new dimension for Facebook games.
With a slightly less daily active user base of 48.60 millions on average, Zynga Slingo stood at the second position. Texas Holdem Poker stood third in list with 39.40 millions daily active users last month.
On the other hand, the long favorite FarmVille and CityVille seems to lose their popularity since the last of August. Once on the top of the chart, FarmVille drops down to the 7th position with 18.30 millions daily active users. CityVille has dropped below the 10th position in the popularity chart. The new addition of FarmVille series, titled FarmVille 2, stood at 10th place with 18 million daily active users.
The facebook Apps Center offers new games every months. Day by day, fans of these games are growing at high pace. It is already expected that at the beginning of 2013, about 6 .5 billions Facebook users will play games daily on the social network.
