Apple Internal Information Regarding iPhone 4 Reception Issue Leaked

BGR released an Apple Internal document that tells us how Apple is instructing their AppleCare representatives about the iPhone 4 reception issue.

The document mainly claims the iPhone 4 antena device is better then iPhone 3GS. The steps do not hint at any software update and clearly state that Apple is not giving away free Bumpers. The exact procedure AppleCare representatives must follow for iPhone 4 reception complaints has been posted online by BGR.
