MSI has announced the CR650 laptop leaked a month ago that is based on AMD’s Brazos platform and is equipped with the E-350 APU (accelerated processing unit).The MSI CR650 notebook is based on a hybrid CPU, the newest generation AMD dual core 1.6 GHz E-350 processor (Zacate family), integrated memory controller and Radeon HD 6310 integrated graphics that support for DirectX 11.
The CR650 makes use of a color film print coating with a color gradient design, and boasts a chiclet keyboard, two 1.6 GHz x86 cores, Radeon HD 6310 graphics, DDR3 memory, a 250/320/500GB hard drive, a DVD writer, a 4-in-1 card reader, SRS PC Sound, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, a HD webcam, a 6-cell battery, and the Turbo Battery+ power-saving technology.
MSI CR650 has also Turbo Battery+ technology for control power on an array of hardware.
Dimensions of MSI CR650 are 383 x 249.3 x 38 mm and weight about 2.3 kg (with 6-cell battery). It is pre-loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium OS and has Chiclet keyboard and seamless touchpad. There is no word on pricing.
