AT&T has released a minor update for HTC One X, because users have been facing Wi-Fi problems on their phone. The new version 1.85.502.3 is rolling out an Over-the-air (OTA) update for users, actually it was leaked couple of weeks ago. The company said that the update would enhance operation when a device leaves Wi-Fi coverage as well as increases throughput. A conflicting reports is also published by the users of the xda-developers and Android Central forums. Someone claims the battery life has chapfallen and others don’t see the improvement to Wi-Fi performance.
Till now, HTC has not fixed a text message notification issue that users have been experiencing. We are highly expecting that the next update will fix that issue.

It is a 64.55MB download. To initiate the update process go to Settings > About phone > Software updates. When your phone connects to the internet the update will start downloading instantly.
