PSN Network Database Contains CVV2 Code of Credit Card

PSN Network is still down and Sony has announce that it will take another week to restore it fully. According to a forum post, rumors are flying around on several “underground credit card trading forums” that a database of over 2.2 million working credit cards numbers of PlayStation Network users is for sale to the highest-bidder.

The database seems to be from the recent security breach that occurred on the PlayStation Network, where Sony fears users’ credit card information was exposed. The database also includes other personal information of PSN users.
