    It worked for me, but when ITunes try to backup and restore it. My images went low res! There was 800+ images there and it was all screwed. What I did was to delete all the pictures and reload them and it came back top normal.

    what am I misisng? I download the link iPhone1,2_4.0.2_8A400_Restore.ipsw which gives me a zip file. when unzipped I get files and folders but none of them is called iPhone1,2_4.0.2_8A400_Restore.ipsw, Please help
