PwnageTool Bundles has already been released by iH8sn0w to jailbreak iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS (both New and Old Bootroms), iPad, iPod touch 4G and iPod touch 3G on iOS 4.3 GM. It has been confirmed now that these bundles do not upgrade the baseband on iPhone 4. So if your iPhone is still on unlockable baseband 01.59.00, you can upgrade it to iOS 4.3 using these PwnageTool bundles and then unlock it using the existing version of Ultrans0w.
Those iPhone 4 users whose devices are on baseband 03.10.01 or those who have accidentally upgraded their devices to iOS 4.3 GM (baseband 04.10.01) without preserving the baseband will have to wait for next version of Ultras0w as iPhone Dev Team has promised that Ultrasn0w 1.3 will be released after iOS 4.3 public version, which is coming on March 11, is out.
The instruction are as follows.
