The Motorola Atrix HD is the first Android phone from Motorola after it has been become a Google subsidiary. This smartphone is not that much different from other phones that Motorola released before its acquisition by Google. This phone is unbelievably thin and made with KEVLAR, a component that is strong enough and ensures the splash resistance. The ATRIX HD is coupled with SMARTACTIONS, a app that can help you a lot by reminding you to charge the phone, adjusting the power usage based on your confirmation and many more user-defined actions which are triggered by time or location information. According to Motorola, Kevlar is a name of material that is found in high-end speedboats, bulletproof jackets, and bicycle tires etc. This material is five times stronger than steel. Using Kevlar on a phone seems a bit surprising but you will like its soft-touch surface. The remaining part of the phone’s body is plastic, which is a slight downgrade from the Droid Razr’s high-quality feel.

Performance
The 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor is the heart of Atrix HD. Previously, we have seen that this processor had been used in HTC One X and the Samsung Galaxy S 3. Both were top rated devices as per our benchmark. Android games such as World of Goo and Osmos HD run smoothly in Motorola Atrix HD as expected. Motorola has used 1780 mAh battery which ensures the delivery of up to 9 hours of talk time. Needless to mention that in this phone brighter display or apps or games are not going to make the phone switched off sooner due to low power.
