Online hacktivists have been increasingly vigilant and active in responding to any actions taken against them. There are a number of such outfits online and one of the well-known ones is TeaMp0ison. The group has now claimed through its Twitter account that it has hacked the official websites of WHO, Panasonic and the Australian government.
This is, by no means, just a claim. That is because the group has also gone on to paste all the data acquired from hacking these websites on online sources all of which are linked below. The group broke into these websites and was able to nick away the usernames as well the passwords of numerous personnel which have now been publicly displayed by the group.
According to the group, ‘TeaMp0isoN is here with another release! Here we present to you some nice delicious data of the Australian Government (australia.gov.au) dumped data. In this release there are email addresses, passwords for just about every important Australian Government agency/business associated with (australia.gov.au). We are against releasing of vuln. links. Thats what whitehats do.’
The group also released the contents of the database of World Health Organization and views UNO as a corrupt organization and stating, ‘If you want to know the reasoning for this release, read up on our previous releases against the United Nations. Sadly, the same reasons still apply as the UN will likely always be a corrupt organization.’
Finally, Panasonic.com also came under the axe and its data has been publicly released by TeaMp0ison.
