Apple downloads of Lion exceeded one million in its first day of availability on the Mac App Store and Apple boasted of the initial success of Lion with wording that hinted it had raked in about $30 million. Mac OS X Lion costs $29.99 on the App Store and has proved pretty popular so far on the store with around 90 percent of people who download Lion leaving positive reviews. Apple distributed Lion as a 4-gigabyte download rather than on a physical DVD or hard copy like most operating systems and made it possible for more people to download the operating system quickly……………..
