Don’t Need Password In iOS 6 For Software Updates And Downloads Of Previous Purchases

Apple revealed iOS 6 on Monday during the WWDC 2012 keynote. Apple’s Worldwide Developer Conference highlighted a number of new features that the company has added to its mobile operating system. Apple has made a bunch of improvements in iOS 6 and it works better than it does in iOS 5.

Currently in iOS 5, there is a requirement – when installing updates of apps, users must enter their Apple ID and password before the update can be downloaded and installed. But according to Cult of Mac reports, in iOS 6 as well as in OS X Mountain Lion, users don’t need to enter their passwords when they download any application that had been purchased earlier.

Now, Apple’s iOS 6 is available in a beta version for Apple developers. iOS 6, so far will be released in this fall and OS X Mountain Lion will be launched next month for $20 in the Mac App Store.
