Lenovo unveiled its first Android 4.0 phone, the K900, at CES 2013. The differentiating characteristic of this flagship phone is its Intel Clover Trail+ processor. The Intel-powered Lenovo K900 has started selling in China. Lenovo said the international launch, in unspecified markets, is due this summer.
The Lenovo K900 is packed with Google’s Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, powered by a 2GHz dual-core Atom Z2580 processor with Gorilla Glass 2 full HD 1080p 5.5-inch display. The phone body comes in a stainless steel frame with the unibody chassis providing a slim and sleek look. The K900 is just 6.9 millimeters thick and weighs 162 grams. Lenovo believes its new Intel-based smartphone is the perfect choice for high-end smartphone buyers.
In China, the Lenovo K900 is now retailing for RMB 3,299 (about $530). Currently, we do not have any information on international pricing.
