Microsoft Started Office Document sharing online site Docs.com with Facebook. People have to login using Facebook. Then user could create, share Microsoft Office Document file among their Facebook friends. It’s actually like Google docs, just they used Microsoft Office Technology. This is still closed beta. Check Docs.com
You log into Docs using your Facebook account. then, you can view shared documents. The service is currently in a fairly early beta stage, meaning you’ll have to sign up for their waiting list before you can upload or create your own documents. Because of that, there’s not much to the service now, but it’s clearly a push toward competing with Google Docs. If you want to Edit or create files online you need to have Microsoft Silverlight, so it will work best in Internet Explorer.
It seems Microsoft is teaming up with Facebook to fight Google. let us know your thoughts on this and what you expect more from this Docs.com

once i needed to share my doc with a colleague and i used 4shared.com by chance. i didn't expext that i'd like it so much. but now i keep on using it for sharing my files and it's very useful in my work. i've got 15 GB of free space and 500 mb for file upload. that's definitely the best!!!!
Why not
