Receiving calls from wrong numbers, calls which aren’t originally meant for you, are quite a norm for anyone who has a cellphone. In fact, it is also quite common on landline numbers. Now, it seems that the trend seems to be coming to the realm of internet. Ever heard of a wrong number calls on Google Voice?
Apparently, this guy received one such call from a person who was convinced that the was calling the right guy. The guy who received the call told him that he had ‘dialled’ a wrong number and that he was quite surprised how he could dial a wrong number on Google Voice.
The conversation happened between a fellow named Zoe who was in New York and some guy from Kentucky who kept accusing Zoe of bothering his sister. He thought that Zoe was trying to create rifts between his sister and her boyfriend, even when Zoe was miles away from Kentucky and hadn’t been there.
Naturally, the conversation that resulted was pretty hilarious.
