iPhone Dev Team have confirmed that they are releasing iPhone 4 unlock only after iOS 4.2.5 or iOS 4.3 (which ever is last) comes out officially.On the other hand Apple has already released iOS 4.3 Beta to developers.So it is expected to all that the final version will coming soon.
A Brazilian hacker @unlocksalvation has announced that he has the unlock for basebands 2.10.04 and 3.10.01 and is going to release it on January 22, Saturday.Since he is not member of iPhone dev team so the news seems fake to me and also the hacker.
