If your idevice is engraved on the back or if it is an iPhone from verizon nothing will work….. My iPod doesn’t jailbreak but if it is not engraved or from verizon try redsn0w or limera1n
I only want to use jailbreakme, if I jailbreak at all. The alternative options are too complicated. I’ve been waiting for ages for the new jailbreak (4.2.1) to come out, but it hasn’t?

yesterday i solve it, you need to connect the iphone to the cmputer and open itunes, then you need to get it to DFU mode there are lots of youtube’s video show how to do that, then will apeair an message on the itunes, close it. and you now can restore the iphone.
