A day ago, we reported that Chronic Dev Team had finally made the untethered jailbreak of A5 devices public. This release came after weeks of waiting and anticipation. However, initially only Mac version of the jailbreak software, Absinthe was released. Now we are happy to announce that Chronic Dev Team has also released the Windows version of the software. This tool, Absinthe, enables you to accomplish untethered jailbreak on all A5 devices. These include both iPhone 4S and iPad 2. After an untethered jailbreak, you can reboot your device without having to restart it from an external device. No matter how many times you reboot the device, the jailbreak remains.
