Dell has released three new laptops under its Vostro 3000 series, namely Vostro 3360, Vostro 3460 and Vostro 3560. The notebooks are available in 13-inch, 14-inch and 15-inch sizes, respectively. You will be able to configure the models with either second generation (Core i3) or third generation (Core i5 or Core i7) Intel CPUs along with several graphics options. You can also extend the RAM up to 8GB. Keep in mind, these are entry-level business notebooks. All three models have fingerprint readers, file and folder encryption, security software, and optional 4G LTE mobile broadband.
The Vostro 3360 price starts at $649 and it is 0.76 inches thick, weight 3.67 pounds. This laptop will have a 320GB hard drive spinning at 7,200RPM (also available a 750GB and an optional 32GB SSD). The Vostro 3460 price starts at $599. It weighs 4.92-pound. It will have NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M graphics and up to a 7,200RPM, 750GB hard drive coupled with a 32GB SSD. The Vostro 3560 price starts at $599 and its weight is 5.75-pound. It will have AMD Radeon HD 7670M graphics and a 1920 x 1080 display.
Dell is currently selling the Vostro 3560 for $599 through their website, The 3360 and 3460 will be available on June 21.
