Taiwanese website ePrice has published a photo of a device larger than and similar to HTC One. The device is speculated to be the HTC One Max Phablet. HTC’s phablet will probably compete with Samsung’s Galaxy Note series. The smartphone-tablet hybrid is codenamed T6, and packs a 5.9-inch, 1080p display.
According to ePrice, HTC One Max will come with a 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 processor and 2GB of RAM, whereas the current HTC One is powered by the Snapdragon 600. This phablet is expected to get the latest version of Android ( that’s Android 4.3), includes 16GB of storage, the same UltraPixel and 2.1-megapixel front-facing cameras as the One, and a 3,300mAh battery.
According to German mobile site Mobile Geeks, the HTC One Max is expected to be unveiled next month. But no official comments have been received yet.
