SamMobile has leaked a new image showing Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom, speculated to be an iteration of Galaxy Camera. From the image, the handset seems to be a bit bulky with a lens on the back. It seems like Samsung might start a hybrid line for its consumers.
Two versions of the Galaxy S4 – Galaxy S4 Active and Galaxy S4 mini – are already on the way. If you have seen the Galaxy S4 mini, then you’ll find that the Galaxy S4 Zoom looks quite the same.
The Galaxy S4 Zoom appeared on the FCC‘s website on June 1. Some rumored specifications also appeared on SamMobile. The Galaxy S4 Zoom runs Samsung’s own Touch-Wiz Nature UX interface with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. The new Galaxy S4 Zoom packs 16-megapixel camera sensor with optical zoom lens, plus a 4.3-inch qHD sAMOLED display, 1.6GHz dual-core processor, and 8 GB internal storage.
For connectivity, there is Bleutooth 4.0 LE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, and A-GPS. Most importantly Samsung has added a shutter button on this gadget. The volume rockers or zoom buttons are on the right side as usual.
For now we do not have any date confirming its release date.
