As my colleage reported a month ago that “Xperia Play And Xperia Arc Coming To Canada“. Now it is available for pre-order in canada via Rogers with Xperia Arc. Both devices pack a pretty good feature set… with the PLAY featuring quite a unique form-factor, sure to put a smile on many a gamers face.
Both handsets are come in two color options – black and white. Rogers as the largest Canadian carrier is offering same price of Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc and Xperia Play for $99.99 with a 3-year contract agreement. The handsets will be ship on late April 2011.
The Xperia arc packs Android 2.3, a 4.2″ (854 x 480) display, 8.1 MP camera with 2.46x smart zoom and video, 512 MB internal memory (expandable to 32GB via microSD), WiFi, GPS and more. Lots of power, lots of features, and in the end it’s a solid Android-powered handset.
On the other hand, Sony Ericsson Xperia Play is bring a 4-inch TFT LCD display with 854 x 480 pixels (FWVGA), a 5.1 MP camera, 512MB internal memory, a microSD card slot with expandable up to 32GB (a 8GB card included), WiFi 802.11b/g/n, and GPS. This slider smartphone has dimensions of 119 x 62 x 16 mm and weight 175 grams.
