Peek9 might have the worst support in the business. They often do not respond to email. Their shipping time is extremely slow and…and THE DEVICE DOESN’T WORK!
I went through this replacement, as the suggested, to get it to work with my exchange account and it simply doesn’t. It works on the iphone, works an the android, not for the peek. Contact support, they don’t care.
