Motorola is now testing prototypes of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich tablet and the successor to the XOOM tablet series will feature a new nVidia quad-core Kal-El processor and a 10-inch (2048 x 1536) HD display with a 4:3 aspect ratio.
