Samsung announces Galaxy S II LTE and Galaxy S II HD LTE handsets for Korean market and the Samsung Galaxy S II HD LTE is the first of the Galaxy S series phones to sport an HD display. Each model totes a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, WiFi a/b/g/n and Bluetooth 3.0 along with 4G LTE support and NFC, though the Galaxy S II LTE makes do with a 4.5-inch WVGA panel as on the EPIC 4G Touch and both models have an 8-megapixel main camera with autofocus and Full HD video recording, aong with a front-facing camera for video calls. No official word on the pricing and release date has been given, but we do have information that the GS II LTE will be exclusive to Sunkyoung (SK) Telecom while the GS II LTE HD will be available not only on SK Telecom………………..
Samsung Electronics says that they sold their 10 millionth Galaxy S2 smartphone and the S2 is the fastest selling phone ever for Samsung (the Star phone took 6 month to reach 10 million sales, and the Galaxy S took 7 months). The company also revealed that they sold 3.6 units in Korea, 3.4 units in Europe and 2.3 million in Asia and also Samsung just started selling Galaxy S2 in the US in the past few days………….
