ViewSonic has yet another Android device on the way, in the form of the ViewPad 10Pro. Nokia’s CEO Stephen Elop has confirmed that Nokia will adopt Microsoft’s Windows Phone as its primary smartphone strategy. Not only that, the company has also announced a “Broad strategic partnership” with Microsoft “that combines the respective strengths of our companies and builds a new global mobile ecosystem.”
The legal battle between Sony and George Hotz (geohot), took a surprising turn. District Judge Susan Illston ruled from the bench, ordering geohot to hand over his computer hard drives to Sony. The electronics maker will be allowed to examine the drives with a fine tooth comb and retrieve information.
