Apple Requests MacBook Pro 3G Prototype Back

CNet reports that Apple has finally contacted Carl Frega about a prototype laptop that he had put on sale earlier this month and Carl Frega, a North Carolina resident, purchased the laptop on Craigslist for parts, after discovering it was a prototype he posted images of the notebook online but never managed to generate any interested over the device. Frega repaired the MacBook and sold it via Craigslist, ays after buying the machine, the new buyer took it to the Genius Bar citing random issues and the Genius Bar technicians failed to recognize the device as a prototype and denied service on the machine due to third party parts……………..

Jawbone Introduces ICON HD Headset

Olympus PEN E-PM1 Mini Releasing in September For A $500 Price Tag

Olympus is preparing to release the a new camera to extent their PEN familty with the PEN E-PM1. The PEN E-PM1 Mini will ship next month, in September with an affordable price of $499.99. The camera features a 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 kit lens, the 12.3 MP camera as an upgrade for point-and-shoot users, 23 Scene-Select modes, as the easiest PEN to use, simpler user interface . The features includes a 3-inch 460k-dot LCD, 1080i HD video capture, RAW shooting and a maximum sensitivity of ISO 12,800Still, the E-PM1 is a very capable interchangeable lens camera (ILC), along with Manual, Aperture Priority, and Shutter Priority shooting modes. Acer Q2 2011 Preliminary Financial Report

Acer has reported its first ever quarterly loss and says it will be impossible for the company to break even for the full-year and the company lost T$6.79 bln much more than the consensus T$3.3 bln loss expected. That’s a dramatic drop off from the 1.19 billion TWD profit the company posted in Q1 and Acer still expects to operating in the red until at least Q4……..

Canon’s new PIXMA MG6220 And MG8220 All-In-One, 9600 x 2400 dpi color printer / copier / scanners. This device allows you wireless printing from Google Docs, Gmail attachments and PDFs or from phones, tablets, laptops and computers.
