The two widely popular games were originally released on the PS2. The ESRB has rated Grand Theft Auto 3 And GTA Vice City for release on the PS3. The blockbuster games in the series is available on iOS and Android. Recently we have heard about the classic title in recent memory.

Although neither Sony nor Rockstar has said anything about bringing them back as downloadable PS3 games, the new ratings on the ESRB’s website certainly seem to suggest that is in the works.

Both PS3 versions of Grand Theft Auto 3 And GTA Vice City will be published by Sony Computer Entertainment America. In October, Sony declared on PSN program, through which PS2 titles are to be released via the PlayStation Network.

Grand Theft Auto 5 is under development. The Rockstar Games and its partners are busy for re-releasing older titles, side by side they are working for a mobile version of the game. Rockstar celebrated Grand Theft Auto 3′s 10th anniversary this fall. Apparently PSN re-release was originally a part of the 10th anniversary festivities.
