Good news for the professional wrestling video game WWE series fans. After The success of WWE ‘12, game publisher THQ confirmed that it will bring out the next game within a short period of time. WWE ’13 is going to be released for Sony PS3, Nintendo Wii and Microsoft Xbox 360 on October 30, 2012 in North America and on November 2, 2012 in UK. WWE ’13 will be the second installment of WWE series and fifteenth of the combined series of Smackdown vs Raw & WWE series. Mike Tyson will be featured as part of pre-order content in this new game and CM Punk will be featured in the official cover.

THQ claimed that WWE ’13 will be more fluid and dynamic, and bigger than the previous games with the addition of Predator Technology 2.0. The Road to Wrestle Mania mode in WWE ‘12 has been replaced by Relive the Attitude Era featuring Stone cold Steve Austin, The Rock and Undertaker and D- Generation X. New feature called “OMG! Moments” with ring breaking, stage breaking, barricade breaking, and reverse mid-air finishers are included in the new WWE ‘13. The WWE Universe 3.0 game mode in WWE ’13 will allow gamers more control over matches, schedules, rosters, TV shows and decision making. THQ and Yuke’s hope that WWE ’13 will be the biggest hit among all releases of both the Smackdown vs Raw and WWE series.
