ok i downloaded the app and i click on it and it send me to itunes,, i dont know what to do now to download it to my ipod touch 3 g

downloaded the redsnow 0.9.6.rc16, but can’t browse the ipsw, couldn’t get the proper file name to browse the ipsw, can anybody help.
