iH8sn0w has updated his iBooty tool to v2.2 with some minor bug fixes. iBooty is a tethered booting tool to enable booting into your iDevice everytime you shut it down and it comes packaged with the latest sn0wbreeze 2.4. Only iPhone 3GS (Old Bootrom) users do not need to use iBooty as they can jailbreak their iPhone on iOS 4.3 untethered using Sn0wbreeze 2.3.

This all in one iBooty 2.2 contains the necessary files to put all your current iDevices except iPad 1 (sn0wbreeze 2.3b4 is not accepting iPad 4.3 firmware) into tethered boot mode.
