Sn0wbreeze 2.5 can be used to jailbreak iOS 4.3.1 by cooking custom IPSW firmware for iPhone 4, 3GS, 3G, iPod touch 4G, 3G on windows and Ultras0w can be used to unlockiPhone 4, 3GS on iOS 4.3.1 on basebands 01.59.00, 04.26.08, 05.11.07, 05.12.01, 05.13.04, 06.15.00.iPhone 3GS users can upgrade to iPad baseband 06.15.00 and use ultrasn0w to unlock their iPhones running on iOS 4.3.1.
