New Tweak in Cydia, Gesture Control, allows you to control Multitasking Gestures on the iPhone 4. This has been tested on iOS 4.3.1 and can be adjusted using the settings.app.
The menu for Gesture Control will allow you to enable and disable the gestures of iOS 4.3.1:
* Close fingers to the home screen;
* Scroll down to show a multitasking;
* Scroll left or right between apps.
