Apple has decided that it’s the perfect time to release iOS 4.3 Beta 2 for the developers so that they can work their magic, optimize apps, report bugs and solve other issues.iOS 4.3 beta 2 is now available for download free from apple and apple said iPad multitouch gestures will not be enabled for iPad users when the software will be released.
