CES 2012: Nokia Launches Lumia 900

Nokia Lumia 900 has long been anticipated in the tech world. Most of the relevant details, however, were leaked, one way or the other, long before this launch. We even did a post about it a while ago. But well…official launch is official launch. Nokia has taken the moment at CES 2012 to launch it’s new smartphone, Nokia Lumia 900. It was unveiled by Stephen Elop, Nokia’s chief executive and it runs Windows Phone OS.

Nokia may be back in the game with this excellent phone. Lumia 900 comes with high-end specs such as a 4.3-inch screen, a 1.4 GHz processor and a battery with much greater capacity and life than the batteries of earlier Lumia phones.

Of course Nokia is heavily relying on Microsoft for the success of this phone. And Microsoft, too, is pitching in to make it a success. Even Microsoft’s CEO, Steve Ballmer, stepped out to promote this phone and to actively show how much Microsoft cared about it.

Currently, Lumia 900 is available exclusively with AT & T. And it is the first ever 4G LTE phone that is being launched, so that definitely attract a lot of users who want really fast connectivity. Moreover, the phone will be available in cyan and matt black in the coming days. You can head over to the Nokia Lumia 900 page on Nokia’s official website to know further details of this model.
